Exercise to find optimal weight balance.
in pool, 6 kg 3 on each side, gets a little heavy in the legs, and must be balanced with that

The alternative is to redistribute the weights to put higher up on the tank, eg 1kg each right and left side.
and 4 kg distributed with 2 kg on the right and left side.

4. slow ascent parachute position, - take a deep breath, you rise a little, empty a little either from dry suit with the arm up, or
posterior deflator and turn body upwards.
stayed for a while, take another deep breath and continue to empty a little at a time from dry suit or deflator bcd.
5. switch gas, take deep breaths, take out primary with hand around hand flat outwards, breathe from secondary, attach primary to bcdn.
change back.
detach primary from bcd.
take a deep breath, switch to primary.
