Comments about exercises: Exercise to find optimal weight balance. in pool, 6 kg 3 on each side, gets a little heavy in the legs, and must be balanced with that fill some air in the shoes that wear more then. The alternative is to redistribute the weights to put higher up on the tank, eg 1kg each right and left side. and 4 kg distributed with 2 kg on the right and left side. the fact is that 6 kg was a little over heavy, and took a little more air than necessary to fill. In the pool would 4 kg is enough with 2 kg on each side, or try on the next dive. a) descent parachute position, use rear deflator, if filled bcd. turn the body upwards sideways so that the air comes out. 1. exercise SMB, open smbn first with your hand, instead of switching to secondary reg, you can blow out on the side into the smbn and in that way do not risk getting entangled with anything. 2. back kick. hold your legs together. stretch them straight back as in slalom, when you are completely straight. Open up under the legs | _ ,,, _ |. push forward. then you go backwards. Bring a camera and film the exercises. 3. descent - parachute use the rear deflator and body upwards sideways so that the air comes out. 4. slow ascent parachute position, - take a deep breath, you rise a little, empty a little either from dry suit with the arm up, or posterior deflator and turn body upwards. stayed for a while, take another deep breath and continue to empty a little at a time from dry suit or deflator bcd. 5. switch gas, take deep breaths, take out primary with hand around hand flat outwards, breathe from secondary, attach primary to bcdn. change back. detach primary from bcd. take a deep breath, switch to primary.
